In 2006, Mr. Subhash began his entrepreneurial journey by introducing an innovative technology to support milk-producing farmers and the supply chain system. Despite India's position as one of the world's largest producers of milk, the milk quality testing and supply chain process remained largely manual and non-digitalized at the time. Mr. Subhash identified this problem in the dairy industry and devised a system to digitalize and automate the arduous steps of milk collection, ensuring transparency of the process and purity of the milk. Impressively, his company has digitized key steps in the milk collection process, simplifying the overall endeavour while empowering farmers. They have developed upwards of 18 diverse software programs that manage each link in the procurement chain. The digitization begins with the farmers, providing them with an app to monitor their production, quality, and transactions with milk cooperatives and to communicate with the federation. Currently, more than 100,000 milk producers and 1,000+ milk cooperatives are using this system with upgraded technology.

Mr. Subhash is currently serving as the Chairman of Inexoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a well-established IT solutions provider and technology service company that has made its mark in over 11 countries with over 2,000 projects successfully accomplished. He co-founded the company with Mr. KPN Kutty, a former faculty member in Nuclear Physics from London University. The company serves various industries and SMEs by developing, implementing, and training suitable IT solutions as their digital transformation partner.

Under his leadership and craftmanship, Btrac has emerged as a technology and management research center that brings together research fellows, technology companies, engineering colleges, and management institutes. It is a coordinated centre of research excellence with a strong industry focus. Btrac collaborates with a wide range of industries, state agencies, educational bodies, technology experts, and international partners to achieve its twin goals of research excellence and social and economic relevance. Btrac's employability training and internship programs offer opportunities for students to participate in development practices and acquire various technology and management skills.

Gluconia Pharmaceuticals Co Ltd, is formed in Cambodia to meet the pharmaceutical import requirements in South East Asia and Mr. Subhash’s major role is to bring digital transformation innovation in to health care industry for a transparent vendor identification platform and smooth supply chain management system
